The Trails at Carmel Mountain Ranch
The Trails is the product of careful planning and preserves over 110 acres of open space, providing significant new publicly accessible amenities, and connects residents to existing shops, libraries, jobs, and each other. Lennar is proud to be the community builder for this new community. The Trails consists of 826 homes, 3 public parks, 6 miles of trails amidst more than 100 acres of open space.
Timeline
The overall timeline is subject to change and contingent on a variety of factors which Lennar may not have any control over. The slides below were presented at the March 8, 2023 Community Planning Group meeting.
