The Junipers
The Junipers is envisioned as a new age-qualified, active adult (55+) residential neighborhood that incorporates community benefits for the surrounding Glens neighborhood, including a new neighborhood park, walking trails and improved emergency evacuation routes. This vision is the result of numerous technical studies and more than five years of community engagement.

Timeline
August 2016-June 2021 : Junipers planning, design and community outreach . Project was approved in June 2021.
August 2021 : Lawsuit filed by PQ-NE Action Group
August 2023 : Settlement Announced, allowing construction to resume
2023 - Present : Construction of Junipers and Implementation of settlement deliverables
